West Coast Swing is both a modern and versatile partner dance. It can be danced with Top 40, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Jazz, and Blues - perfect for parties, weddings, and other social events. With its roots in the bouncier Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing focusses on an extension-compression partnership connection that gives it its distinctive smooth and elastic feel.

Lindy Hop Classes |
Lindy Hop is an African-American dance based on the Charleston. It is danced to the classic Jazz and Big Band music of the 1930's and 40's. Lindy Hop's active and energetic feel can be attributed to its combination of African-American dance movements and improvisation with Europe's formal eight-count dance structure.

Blues Classes |
Blues is a unique partner dance that allows for improvised steps within a set of standard techniques. Amoung its distinctive features are a strong connection, tension and compression, turns, and traveling. While Blues dancing can be a slow, intimate affair, it can also be a fast-paced rush across the floor. It is most commonly danced to Blues music, though it can also be danced to many other kinds of music (often referred to as "alternative Blues").
